Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport

The Hospitality and support this team gave me while I was experiencing and incredibly difficult crash landing during a freezing Canadian winter restored my faith in Humanity! From the front desk, to the maintenance manager and even the lovely Travelers passing by. Everyone I met helped give me the energy to continue my journey. Definitely my first choice in the future! Great service. Beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great every day. 15 km from downtown, but there are plenty of scooters and E bikes to rent and enjoy the beautiful trail to downtown... Making it a very fun activity!

I had a great stay at the Four Points Hotel Kelowna. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, definitely a pleasant surprise. The airport shuttle service was very convenient and ran frequently, making it easy to get to and from the airport. Most of all, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and inviting throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again.

We have had an amazing experience with this property. It's not like other Four Points properties, it's top notch! From the well appointed suite design to the staff, this experience was one of my favourites. The room was a king suite with a beautiful and fully equipped bar kitchen area, full sized fridge, microwave and premium wine glasses, a feature I appreciated lol. The space was generous with a hide a bed and the bathroom featured a walk-in shower separately from the tub shower, handy for families. Check in with staff was a welcoming experience, she was funny, warm, informative and professional, not robotic. She welcomed me as a member and asked if I had any specific needs, just lovely. It happened to be my birthday and the entire staff signed a birthday card and left me a delicious piece of cake and sparkling water in my room. The lobby is decorated beautifully and it's also warm and inviting. The restaurant service was excellent. The food delicious and cocktails tasty. This property has really upped their game since my last stay, it's a definite top tier for me.

Stayed here for a friends wedding and they provided us a discount through this hotel, the hotel itself is very nice, clean. The downside when we stayed there was they were doing work on the fire system and they had the fire alarms going off. They were also doing some work right outside our room so it was a bit messy and crowded in the hall. Other than this though which I know would not be a regular occurrence, the hotel staff were kind and responsive to my questions. We had 2 different bookings but they let us stay in the same room the whole time. The pool area was small but clean, the slide is permanently closed. They had a gym which I didn’t go to but it looked a little small. The hotel is right across the road from the airport which is very convenient and they provide a shuttle to and from the airport every 15 mins or so. If you wanted to go anywhere in Kelowna though you either have to uber or rent a car (which you can do at the airport, they don’t have any cars to rent through the hotel), downtown Kelowna is about 25 min drive. The restaurant in the hotel is decent, the service was slow at times and I didn’t find the food amazing but it was good enough to eat at. Overall I would stay here again, the stay was good, the hotel was nice and it is very conveniently located across from the airport.

Well appointed, clean hotel close to the airport. Lots of food options 5 minutes walk from the hotel as well.

I have stayed here 3x now on work trips to Kelowna and must say this is my favourite hotel in Kelowna! The staff are great, restaurant is awesome, in a great area with everything you need a walk across the street. It's a newer hotel so very modern with super comfy beds and a great pool!

I stay here regularly for work (once or twice a month) and as a Titanium Elite, my status is always recognized—when available, I’m consistently upgraded to a suite, which I really appreciate. While there’s no lounge, the restaurant downstairs, Gulfstream, is fantastic and a great spot for meals. The location is perfect for my work trips being in between downtown Kelowna and Vernon, with Nesters and plenty of restaurants directly across the street. Staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The coffee/cookies in the lobby every afternoon is a treat. The pool/hottub areas are always full of families with kids, so I haven’t had a good chance to check that out, but if you’ve got kids it must be a blast. It’s a reliable, consistent , and very comfortable hotel experience when travelling for work! :)
